Program	Eligibility
BBA	Minimum 50% in 10+2 in any stream from any recognised board of India (a minimum of 45% for candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC/ PWD categories) Should have qualified personal interview and group discussion
B.Com	Passed 10+2 level from a recognised board in India with not less than 50% in Commerce / Science / Management Sciences stream (minimum 45% for ST / SC / OBC / PWD candidates) Should have qualified personal interview and group discussion
BCA
MBA	Minimum 50% in graduation in any stream (minimum 45% for SC / ST / OBC/ PWD categories) Should have a positive score in any one from CET / CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / AIMA / GMAT
MCA	Minimum 50% in BCA / B.Sc / B.Com / BA / Bachelor Degree in CSE or any equivalent degree with Math at 10+2 or graduation level (minimum 45% for reserved category candidates)
M.Tech (Construction Management)	Must have passed B.Tech in Civil Engineering / B.Arch with a minimum of 50% Candidates with experience in relevant fields are also eligible
PGD (Real Estate & Construction Management)	Minimum 50% in graduation from a recognised university (minimum 45% for candidates belonging to SC / ST category)
